| 1. Is your Card Service Free? How do we
pay for it? |
| Yes, this service is provided to the
users absolutely free. The system is supported by sponsorships and
the users do not have to pay anything for using the system.

| 2. Is there a limit to the number of
cards that I can send? |
| No! You can send as many cards as you
like. That's what the system is made for.
|
| 3. The recipient does not have access to
the web, can you send the card to his/her email? |
| The recipient MUST have access to the
World Wide Web in order to view his/her greeting card. If you send a
greeting card to a recipient who does not have access to the World
Wide Web, he/she will not be able to view the card.

| 4. You missed out an occasion. Can I
suggest occasions, events? |
| We already cover more than 400
occasions and our creative team is always adding more and more
sections. We are trying our best to include as many as we can. If we
have skipped any, please do let us know and we'll try to get it
online as fast as possible. A little information on the dates and
nature of the occasion would make our task much easier. Your suggestions are very
valuable for us. |
| 5. How do I print the card?

| The Card is an HTML file which you
can see on your browser. If you would like to print this, simply hit
the print button on your browser. Netscape Browsers are not able to
print the background whereas it is possible on a Microsoft browser.
In case of animated cards, press stop and then hit print.

| 6. Can I submit my own quotations, images
& music? Will you use them? |
