| 1. How do I send a Card?
|
| You can go through our card
categories [birthday, love, etc] or you can search for one using our
quick search option. When you see an option you like, just click on
it to start creating your card. You will then be prompted to
personalize your card. All choices are optional and if you can't
figure out any particular option, simply ignore it (we have selected
default options for you). The only compulsory field is the email
information. |
| 2. How do I know that the card has been
sent? |
| When you send a card, you will
receive an email from us with the details of your card. If you
receive this email, you can be sure that your card has been sent.

| 3. How do I view the card that was sent
to me? |
The email that you have received
contains a card number. You can view your card in 2 ways.
Method 1 : Simply click on the card URL link in your email.
This will directly take you to your card.
Method 2 : Copy
the card number from the email that you have received. Then go to
the greetings card page where you will find a view card box. Type
this number here and click the "View" button to see your card.

| 4. How do I know that the recipient has
viewed my card? |
| When you send a card, at the preview
page you can select the option which notifies you when the recipient
has viewed you card. If you chose this option [By default, it has
been chosen for you], an acknowledgment email will be sent to the
you once the recipient has viewed you card. Please note that this
email is only sent the first time the card number is entered in the
box. |
| 5. Who sent me the card? How do I know
who he / she is? |
| The email you have received is
delivered from the sender's address. So you can find out his email
address from here. Alternatively, while viewing the card, select
"Send a card back to the sender". Select from the options and keep
on creating part of the card. At the stage where "email Information"
is asked for, the name of the sender and his / her email will be
displayed for you. |
| 6. Will my email be used for any
purpose? |
| We respect the privacy of our users
and do not give out the email addresses to any third party. When you
use our service, you can be rest assured that your email will not
find its way into junk lists etc. |
| 7. How long does it take to send a
card? |
We create your card as soon as you
click on "Send". At the same instant, both the emails are generated
and delivered. Most of the time this process is instantaneous and
there is no time lag between creation and delivery. However,
sometimes our system goes into a backlog because of high traffic,
maintenance etc. and it might be some time before your card is
delivered. Still, it's faster than your postman. Sometimes due to
delay in the mail server of your recipient, the delivery of the
cards may be delayed.
