| 1. I sent a card for a later date. Can I
delete it? |
| Once you have created a card, it has
already been scheduled for delivery and cannot be deleted. We are
working on this facility and should have an option for this soon.

| 2. What is a 501 error? |
| A 501 error is a server busy error.
This can happen for many reasons depending on the number of people
at our site at that moment or the internet speeds. Please wait for
sometime and then hit the reload button on your browser. Most of the
times you will be able to go through. If the problem persists,
please let us know. |
