| 1. I'm using an AOL browser, I could not
retrieve my cards. Why? |
Our site is best viewed with Netscape
3.0 or higher versions or IE 3.01 or its subsequent versions. People
using AOL, Compuserve, GNN may encounter problems while using our
site. We suggest the following: 1. View the card in Netscape or
Internet Explorer. You can install any of these browsers in your
machine. 2. Try accessing our site during low traffic hours for
AOL and Compuserve (at US Pacific Standard Time). 3. You may know
the card no. from us (by sending us the card no.) and then directly
entering the card URL in the location bar of your browser.
|
| 2. My computer is not showing animation
or JAVA cards. Why? |
| It's most likely your browser is not
supporting these features. You need a JAVA-enabled browser to view
our JAVA cards (like the latest versions of Netscape or Internet
Explorer) . Also you'll automatically see animated images with
Netscape 3.01 or above, or IE 3.02 or above.
|
| 3. I'm getting "Method Post not allowed"
while trying to view my card. Please help. |
| Most probably you're using earlier
versions of IE which do not support Post method. Please upgrade your
browser to higher version of IE. Alternatively you can send us the
card no. and we will directly send you the card URL.

for 10 days but on the request of users who may face problems when
out on vacations, trips etc we have increased the time frame to 15
days. |

the email which you have received. Please read the email carefully.
